These are our offerings for the 2021 Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge
oil free/gluten free/nut free(avail) Ground pumpkin seed/cauliflower/crimini/green chili/carrot crumble, purple cabbage, sweet pepper & corn pico. Topped with cashew sour cream, shaved red onion and house made vegan queso fresco.
Whole wheat pita pocket, stuffed with vegan cream spread, spiced & roasted and then sliced celeriac/rutabaga/parsnip, thin sliced red onion, mint, dill, romaine & tomato. Topped with vegan steak sauce and house made vegan feta.

Fresh, flavorful and satisfying salads for lunch, dinner or ANY ol' time!
This one has a fluffy tri-color orzo hydrated in veggie stock and lemon - loaded up with lemon olive oil, capers, marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, pepperoncinis, red onion, red sweet pepper and flat leaf parsley. Feta served on side.
Tajin-roasted butternut squash, black bean, yellow corn, red onion, green onion, garlic, jalapeno, lime. Comes with a 2oz cup of crumbled queso fresco. Otherwise is Vegan.
Chopped romaine, cherry tomato, cucumber, olive, red onion, corn, balsamic dressing.
